Heart-shaped, silicone mold for making cakes and pies. It can also be ideal for making birthday, name day, Valentine’s Day cakes, be it hot or cold.
How to use:
- Place the empty silicone mold on the baking tray before putting the dough in, because the material is soft and the filling can easily fall out of it.
- Grease before baking
- If you are preparing chilled food, rinse it with cold water beforehand
- Protect our silicone mold from direct heat, so do not come into contact with open flames
- Never cut into the silicone mold with a knife or sharp tool as it may be damaged. It is a good idea to roll the cake out of the mold before slicing and only then cut it up
- The best way to remove dessert from a silicone baking tin is to wait for it to cool completely in the tin after baking.
Before first use:
Before first use, wash the silicone baking tray thoroughly with warm detergent water, wipe it dry and use plenty grease.
Next time, this will only be needed if the mold is very dry.
Cleaning silicone baking molds:
- Silicone molds are easy to clean. It is worth washing them by hand, because this way a minimal amount of fat remains in them, they do not dry out.
- Do not use abrasive sponges or strong detergents for cleaning.
- The discoloration of the mold due to baking does not affect the use.
- Both high and low temperatures (-40 ésC and 230ºC) are well tolerated. They can be used well for both frying and freezing.
