The lubricating foam pitted in the pipes reduces the friction points even at curvatures and hidden gaps. The cable that is inserted into the inside of the lubricant during insertion will get a slip and will be protected from any friction damage by the outer coating. It does not corrode plastic and rubber surfaces, it protects parts from wear and tear.
