The tube shape helps the relatively thick dough to bake perfectly, giving the cake its distinctive shape, with a hole in the centre and beautifully ribbed sides.

Tips for use:

• Place the empty pan on the baking grid or baking tin before placing the dough inside
• Brush with a little fat before baking
• Never cut into the metal form with a knife or sharp tool, as this could damage it. It is recommended to remove the cake or bread from the mould before slicing and only then slice it

Cleaning the baking moulds:

• Do not use abrasive sponges or caustic cleaners for cleaning.
